Command of the Grill: A Salute to Steak Review
I purchased this book as a gift for my Dad. It was a no-brainer. What a great idea to raise money for Marines. My dad is a proud former Marine. While in Vietnam, one of the pictures he sent my mom and I was of him and his buddies chowing down on some steak they had somehow been lucky enough to get. On the back, he wrote, "you remember how much I love steak!"
I can't wait for Christmas to give this to him. I'm sure he'll try some of the recipes, and they do look good. He loves his Weber grills, by the way.
But, no matter how great the recipes, the idea of this book is almost better than the book itself. I'm happy to have found it to support Marines and their families.
The book I purchased was --at a reputable store, the price was printed write on the cover, not on a peel off sticker. I am a bit confused as to why it's priced at 0 here. Seems that price will scare off some potential buyers, which is too bad.
