GREAT SMOKER
This unit smokes food to safely cook meats to eat right out of the smoker. Beef, pork and chicken have a great flavor. The finished result is so easy that the cooking process involves simply putting in the meat and coming back later to put it on the table. This is a very convient, well constructed product.

The smoker will cold smoke cheese with the simple addition of a Smoke Daddy. The strudy metal sides of this smoker will easily accomadate a cold smoking unit. The cheese, salmon, double smoked bacon, baloney or nuts will cold smoke and you will have a great cold smoked product as a result.

SMOKER HAS TEMPERTURE CONTROL HAS ON INDICATOR
The unit I purchased works well with the temperture gage I purchased with it. You can adjust the heat to right where you need it.

This item was shipped from the manufacture , double boxed, in perfect condition within three days of placing my order. A detailed recipe book and owners manual was included. Great customer service!

RECOMMENDATION
There are other smokers out there to buy. This is my fourth one. This one is the best and most enjoyable to use, hands down.

The old smokey smoker is a great product for the price range, while it can't hold large amounts of meat (i.e doing deer or elk meat, pepperoni, sausage,)its great for doing roasts and maybe few strips of jerky and even did some baby back ribs which turned out awesome. The one thing that would dramatically improve this smoker would be a bottom door along with a damper to allow air inside, that way you could add more wood chips without having to take out both racks and drip pan, and get more smoke going into your meat. Once again for 122$ and being very simple to put together and very easy to use this smoker is already coming close to replacing the bbq, I just can't wait to see how a turkey comes out. If you are looking for a smoker under 200$ that doesn't require charcoal or propane and doesn't require a whole forest of wood to add smoke flavor, this is your best bet, whats even better is that fact that this smoker can reach near 350 degrees so if your in a hurry its near oven capable. Overall great product.

Purchased this smoker for my husband for Christmas. It arrived in PERFECT condition. He's already smoked a beef loin that he raved about! He loved not having to deal with water levels and even took a nap while smoking! Great item for the casual weekend smoker. Get the thermometer too.






Best Smoker Ever - Becky 604 -
It's almost set it and forget it. I found when I smoke 3 chickens it just does not work well. But with 2 it is wonderful. My Brother said whatever I'm doing don't change the recipe. Its only salt & pepper and a handful of hickory chips, set it at medium high put the cover on and 2 hours later the best chicken ever. I found out for pulled pork or ribs that take longer to cook I need to replace the wood chips the last 2 hours of cooking. Make sure you get the thermometer 2 Inch Smoker Thermometer that way you can be consistant with the heat on very cold or very hot days. Also it works better if it is not packed too tightly. Do one chicken on top and one on bottom shelf or one pork roast on top and one on the bottom. Mine was double boxed no dents no dings. Im very happy with this and so is my family.
